What we make

JuiceBarPlus is a small food and drink blog about juices, smoothies, and easy morning drinks. We publish practical recipes with real quantities — three oranges to a glass, not "some fruit" — alongside plain-English guides to the questions that come up along the way: how much juice an orange really gives, whether a blender can stand in for a juicer, and how long fresh juice actually keeps.

Everything here is written to be cooked, blended, or squeezed the same day you read it.

What you will find

  • Juice recipes — fresh fruit and vegetable juices with exact quantities and no-juicer options.
  • Smoothies — dependable ratios for fruit and green smoothies, with fixes for every texture problem.
  • Healthy drinks & breakfast — honest nutrition answers, quick morning drinks, and make-ahead breakfasts.
  • Juicing tips — yields, equipment choices, and storage that keeps juice tasting fresh.

How we write

Recipes are written for a normal home kitchen. When a topic touches nutrition, we keep it honest: fresh juice is fruit with the fiber reduced, a smoothie keeps the whole ingredient, and no drink on this site is a cure, a cleanse, or a medical treatment. Where food safety comes up — how long juice keeps, what spoilage looks like — we err on the conservative side.

What we are not

This site does not offer medical or dietary advice, and it is not written by clinicians or registered dietitians. Nutrition information is general information only; anyone managing a condition such as diabetes should follow guidance from their own care team.
